茶碱麻黄碱片的HPLC测定

Determination of Theophylline and Ephedrine Tablets by HPLC

建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定茶碱麻黄碱片中茶碱和盐酸麻黄碱的含量。采用C18柱,以0.06mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液-甲醇(80∶20)为流动相,检测波长210nm。两者分别在25～200、5.8～46.4μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.5%、100.6%。

A HPLC method for determination of theophylline and ephedrine hydrochloride in theophylline and ephedrine tablets was established. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.06mol/L sodium dihydrogen phos- phate solution-methanol(80∶20), at the detection wavelength of 210nm. The calibration curves of theophylline and ephedrine hydrochloride were linear in the range of 25 - 200 and 5.8 - 46.4ìg/ml, respectively. The average recoveries were 100.5% and 100.6%.
