Discussion on Volumetric Methods for Determination of Drugs as Halogen Acid Salts

研究和比较了氢卤酸盐类药物两种容量分析法——高氯酸滴定法和氢氧化钠滴定法。结果显示,后法较前法更能科学地评价产品质量和合成工艺的优劣,且准确度高、操作简便、更利于环保。

Two volumetric methods, perchloric acid titration and sodium hydroxide titration, for determination of drugs as halogen acid salts are discussed and compared. The result shows that the latter method is more scientific and precise, as well as less pollution.
