摘要
目的探讨山丘型务血吸虫病传播阻断地区残存钉螺复现规律,指导监测工作。方法对全市1994~2002年螺情、气象等资料进行综合分析。结果 9年监测表明,残存钉螺主要分布在原疫情严重区县,有螺环境分布与历史螺情相一致,二者相关分析有非常显著性意义(r=0.9923,P<0.01)。有螺面积和有螺环境数于1997和2001年出现两次高峰。残存钉螺复现与降雨量等气象因素关系不密切。结论山丘型地区残存钉螺复现与历史疫情有关。
Objectives To learn the factors resulting the reappearance of snails in hilly area with schistosomiasis transmission interruption,in order to improve surveillance.Method The data on snails and climate from 1994 to 2002 were collected and a comprehensive analysis was carried out.Results Nine years of surveillance indicated that the re- mained snails were mostly found in the district or counties in history of heavy endemic,and the new habitats with snails were significantly related with the environment with snails in history (r=0.9923,P<0.01).Snails index fluctuated yearly and the peaks of total snail area and snail habitats appeared in 1997 and 2001.No significant relationship be- tween reappearance of snails and the climate such as rainfall and so on was seen.Conclusion The reappearance of snails,in hilly area with Schistosomiasis transmission interruption,may be related with the snail distribution in history.
