试论学校职业指导的开展与实践

On the Development and Practice of Vocational Guidance in Schools

大、中专学校毕业生的就业模式已从过去国家"统包统分"转为面向社会"双向选择",毕业生就业工作已经成为摆在各大、中专院校面前的一项重要工作。因此,在各大、中专院校中开展职业指导教育和咨询就显得特别重要。论文讨论了各大、中专院校开展职业指导的必要性,指出目前各大、中专院校职业指导工作现存的一些问题,提出了开展职业指导工作的一般原则,并就如何加强各大、中专院校职业指导工作提出了一些建议和看法。

Our main task is to help undergraduates find their jobs, since the employment mode for undergraduates in China has changed from 'centralized assignment' by the government into 'two-direction choice' facing the whole society. Therefore , it is very important for colleges and universities to provide instructions and advice on vocational guidance for the students before their graduation. In this paper , the author focuses on how to carry out the vocational guidance, including its necessity, issues concerned and general principles. Moreover, some views and suggestions on the issue have also been advanced.
