摘要
肉苁蓉对Ｏ＿３造成的小鼠体力、御寒能力和对缺氧的耐受力降低，血浆及肝、脑脂质过氧化物含量增加，脑Ｂ型单胺氧化酶活力提高，血清超氧化物歧化酶活力降低均有明显抑制作用。
xperiments showed that Xinjiang Cistanches deserticofa had significant inhibitory effect on the following mal-functions in mice induced by ozone; (1) reduction of physical strength,cold-resistance and hypoxia-resistance; (2)increase of lipid peroxides (LPO) in plasma, liver,brain and MAO-B activity in brain; (3 ) decrease of SOD inserum.
