On the Judicature Independence

建立社会主义法治国家,实现依法治国的伟大目标.离不开司法机关的独立执法。如何实现司法独立已成为社会关注的一大热点问题。十六大报告中也把“推进司法体制修改”作为单独的一部分列入我国政治体制改革的内容。并针对我国司法独立问题提出了很多的可行性措施。通过对司法独立含义的解释,阐述了司法独立的必要性,提出了一些完善司法独立的建议。

It is indespensible of the judicature institutions to establish the socialist country with law. How to achieve judicature independence has become a social heatpoint problem. Also reforming judicature system has been listed as a section in the report of 'The Sixteenth Conference' Moreover many practical measures have been put forward concerning the problem of judical independence. The article interprets the concept and necessity of judicature independence and put forward some suggestions.
