摘要
桃仁提取物抗ＣＣｌ＿４所致大鼠肝纤维化作用明显，其通过促进Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ型胶原和ＦＮ的降解，显著减少了纤维肝内的纤维间隔，使肝组织结构修复。
t was observed that Extractum Semen Persicae
acted obviously on hepatic fibrosis induced by
CCl_4.Throughpromoting the degradation of collagens type Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅵ
and fibronectin,ESP has proved helpful in markedly re-ducing the
fibrous septa composed of both collagenous and reticular fibers as
well as in repairing the structure of-hepatic tissues.
