摘要
应用高效液相色谱法测定了大黄及其炮制品中总大黄素的含量。以甲醇－水（８０：２０）并用磷酸调节ｐＨ为３时，能使待测组分达到较理想的分离度。实验表明，该法的重现性、回收率均较好，具有快速、准确、灵敏的特点。
