雀梅藤化学成分的研究

Studies on Cheinical Constituents of Sageretia theezans Brongn.

从雀梅藤根茎中分离得到６个化合物，经波谱解析和测定理化常数，分别鉴定为木栓酮（Ⅰ），紫丁香酸（Ⅱ），β－谷甾醇（Ⅲ），胡萝卜甙（Ⅳ），葡荡糖紫丁香酸（Ⅴ）和蒲公英萜醇（Ⅵ）。其中Ⅴ，Ⅵ为第一次从该植物中分离得到。

ix compounds were isolated from Sageretia theezans and identified as friedeline (1) ,syringic acid ( 2 ) , β -sitosterol( 3 ) ,daucosterol (4) , gluco-syringic acid ( 5) and taraxerol ( 6 ) on the hasis of spectral data (￣1 H-NMR,IR , MS) andphysicochemical constants. Among them,compounds 5 and 6 were obtained from the species for the first fime.
