蓖麻子炮制品抗肺癌作用的实验研究

ExperiInental study on the Processed Drug of Castor Seeds in the Therapy of Pulmonary Carcinoma

运用中医“解毒”炮制方法对蓖麻子进行炮制，并通过其ＬＤ＿（５０）的测定和对人肺癌裸小鼠移植瘤模型的抑瘤实验，证明此炮制方法对减低蓖麻子毒性，保留其部分抗癌作用具有明显的效果。

n this study ,castor seeds were processed by one of the traditional Chinese methods,LD_(50) was measured and tu-mor inhitiOn tests in nude mice bearing human pulmonary carcinonia were conducted.The results showed that the pro-cessing methed was able to lower the toxicity of castor seeds and niaintain their antitumor effect,thus providing an ex-perimental basis for oral administration of castor seLeds in the therapy of pulmonary carcinoma.
