黄连联用TMP抗菌作用的实验研究

Study on Bacteriostasis of Rhizoma Coptidis Combined with TMP

实验采用琼脂稀释法对比研究了黄连、ＴＭＰ及黄连联用ＴＭＰ对５种不同细菌的体外抗菌作用。结果表明：ＴＭＰ与黄连联用具协同作用。

he agar-dilution methdwas adopted to study contrastively the bacteriosttisis of Rhizoma Coptidis and TMP,andalso of the two drugs in combination. The results indicate that the combination works in good coOperation against Es-chaichia coli,Bacillus pyocyaneus,Staphylococcus aureus,Shigella flexneri and S.dysenteriae.
