摘要
本文从哲学的态度:存在即有其合理性,客观地接受了基层公司的实际情况;从经济学结合核心竞争力理论的角度:判断社会关系是否是基层公司的资源,对社会关系能否成为核心竞争力进行充分条件的判断;从管理学的角度:设计了如何使社会关系成长为人保公司基层公司的核心竞争能力。
From the philosophy perspective: existence is reasonable, the actual conditions of the branches of PICC is objective. From the economics and core competence perspective: whether or not the social relationship is the resource of the branches of PICC, the paper give a judgment. From the management's perspective, the paper designs how the social relationship becomes the core competence. At last, the author hopes that the branches of PICC form sustained core competence base on the actual condition, and make growth through sustained improvement.
