摘要
作为执政人员的我国各级党政干部,更应在人才强国战略中增强成长和成才的自觉性,其成才的最佳领域和最好通道,就在本职工作中和现职岗位上,即适职成才和岗位成才。要从战略性、重要性、必要性、迫切性和可行性上提高成才认识并付诸实施;要抓好全面培训、优化教育、应用研究、领导带头、模式转变和玩风整治等成才环节,以适职成才的一系列抓手和途径提升干部执政能力。
As administrative personnel, leaders at all levels of our country should strengthen their consciousness of becoming talents in the strategy of making the country powerful by personnel. The best field and channel of becoming talents is their own work and posts, i.e. becoming talents in their posts. It is necessary to improve the consciousness of becoming talents and implement it from the perspectives of strategy, importance, necessity, urgency and feasibility and strengthen the links of becoming talents in the respects of training in an all-round way, optimizing education, applying research, playing leading role by leaders, changing models and rectifying working style, etc. to improve leaders' administrative ability.
