本文通过对腰椎间盘突出症３６０例临床分析，提出了腰椎间盘突出症伴马尾神经功能严重损害，经系统的非手术治疗仍有进行性神经功能障碍等三种病情，应予以急诊、限期、择期手术治疗的观点，并对非手术治疗的范围及具体临床运用进行了探讨。

After analyze 360 cases Lumber intervertebral disc herniation (LDH).The author advances three eases of symptom,including LDH accompany with series injury of eauda equina,LDH after systematic nonoperation treatment exist progressive injury of nerve funtion,must be given an emergency treatment ,operation within a definite time and elective time operation,as well as reaserch on the scale of nonoperation treatment clinical application.
