摘要
本文就提高秋名茶品质的加工工艺进行研究,将微波设备用于杀青,并对二青工序的生产工艺流程进行探索。结果表明:通过滚筒杀青——初揉——微波二青——二揉——做型一—毛火——足火工艺流程做出的秋名茶品质较好。
The processing techniques of improving the quality of famous autumn tea were studied,the microwave equipment was applied to stir-fry,and the technological process of the second stir-fry was probed.Result showed that the quality of famous autumn tea is good through the processing of roller stir-fry— primary rolling—the second microwave stir-fry—the second rolling—shape—primary firing—final firing.
