摘要
主要针对盘式永磁无刷直流电机(DPL-BM),提出其定、转子机械尺寸的设计与分析的方法以及定、转子磁极材料的选择。以可行性三角形法则(Feasibletriangletechnique)来设计电动机的尺寸,这种方法可以使得定子经过相对应转子的磁通最大,可提高电动机的功率密度,减小电动机转矩的波动。
This paper presents a method to design the mechanical structure of stator and rotors of disc permanent magnet D.C. brushless machines (DPBM). Because the fea- sible triangle technique is a very effective method for de- signing permanent magnet linear brushless machine (PLBM), and the magnet distribution of DPBM is equiva- lent to permanent magnet linear brushless machine (PLBM), so the feasible triangle technique is employed, making the design of the mechanical structure of DPBM to receive the maximal flux distribution between rotor and stator, thus, increase torque density and reduce torque ripple. The pa- per gives us the results of mechanical structure measure- ment relation between rotor and stator, a triangle in the rectangular coordinates is employed to describe the results.
