In general,the market of Malaysian inbound tourism has demonstrated the characteristics of the resumed fast and fragile growth of passenger flowvolume since 1999 as well as the non-beneficial growth in tourismincome.In viewof tourist season,the off season is relatively short and there is no wide gap in the flow volume compared with that in the peak season.Shoulder season covers long period characterized by the concentrated distribution and with regard to passengers,the market still shows stability.Most passengers come from east Asian-Pacific areas while those from Arabian countries keep increasing.This thesis also recommends the development strategies for inbound tour in Malaysia in the future.
