The factionalist characteristics of the banks by overseas Chinese in Singapore and Malaysia are demonstrated not only in their foundations,but also in the course of their management.Its origin lies in its factionalist quality of their economy and with the development of oversea Chinese community after the Second World War,those characteristics faded.
