If we uphold the historic banner of the ancient port in Hepu,keep enough space of deep water coastal line for the passageway,continuously accelerate the construction of the Port and the passageway,put prevention first to protect the eco-logical environment,seek common ground while reserving differences with each displaying its own abilities,we shall meet a brighter tomorrowin the building of the Beibu Gulf Economic Ring and the kernel district of China-ASEAN free trade area.
