如何评估ERP众说纷纭,任何评估是建立在目标的基础上的,有了明确的ERP实施目的,才能为以后的评估打下坚实的基础。ERP是一个复杂的工程,评估方向应从多方面来考虑,系统评估指标的建立应具有系统性、可比性和可操作性。

There are many different opinions as to the assessment of ERP. Any assessment is objective-oriented: laying down solid foundation for the assessment is only possible when we have clear objective for the practice of ERP. Since ERP is a sophisticated program, the assessment directions of which must be taken into consideration from many aspects, and the establishment of the indexes for the assessment of the system should be systematic,comparable and feasible.
