摘要
香港与内地华资联号企业由于跨不同性质的区域、国别,企业的各个组成部分在地理位置上相距甚远,管理更趋复杂,不少联号企业实行分权管理,将业务管理权下放到地区分支机构,使之与地方环境相适应,充分发挥自主性。
Due to the fact that they were located in the area of different nature, nationality, and each component of the enterprise is far from each other in location, the management is more complicated, many incorporated enterprises of Hong Kong and inland China carried out the divisional management, transferring the managing power to the sub-branches, which adapted to the local environment, giving full play to the decision-making power.
