香港与内地华资联号企业由于跨不同性质的区域、国别,企业的各个组成部分在地理位置上相距甚远,管理更趋复杂,不少联号企业实行分权管理,将业务管理权下放到地区分支机构,使之与地方环境相适应,充分发挥自主性。
