穿针外固定在急性筋膜间隔区综合征治疗中的运用

Applyinf of External Fixator In Treatment to Acuie Compariment Syndromes

运用穿针外固定辅以相应的措施，治疗急性筋膜间隔区综合征１１例。９例为早期患者，以手法整复并穿针外固定。２例晚期患者行筋膜切开后，以外固定器整复骨折并固定。作者体会，穿针外固定运用于急性筋膜间隔区综合征的治疗，有利于骨折复位和稳妥固定，消除内源性压力，防止血管、神经的进一步损伤；其次，穿针外固定不会产生对组织的外部压迫，也不会象钢板固定那样增加组织内容积，还有利于伤肢的进一步观察和处理。

cases of acute compartment syndromes were treated with external fixator and suitabale measures. 9 of them in early stage were treated with manual reduction and external fixator. The other twos. in late stage, had to be performed wild facial releases, then ,fixed the frcture with external fixator. Autbor believe that external fixator in treatment of acute compartment syndromes is advantageous to reduce and fix fracture , decline internal tissue pressure, and avoid secondary compressive injuries of blood vessels and nerves. In addition, external fixator can’t compress the tissues from outside and increase the contents of the tissues as well as plate and screws fixation. Finally, it is convenient to observe and deal with the changes of injuried extremiities.
