纪律、管理的出发点是通过调节社会公共生活的秩序,进而提高社会公共生活的舒适性程度。在集体教学情境中,教师应不断调节自身的教学组织行为,为幼儿提供更能满足其体验秩序需要的,并且也更有助于发展其追求秩序本性的教育生态环境。
The purpose of discipline and regulation is the advancement of public social life's comfort through regulating its order. What the teacher should do is to create an educational entironment in which children could experience what order is and why there should be order in the collective learning context. Then it would be possible for children to adapt to the environment in their own free will.
