教学研究能够帮助教师改进和提高自己的教育、教学水平,“基于行动的幼儿园园本教研”则是幼儿园教师专业成长的有效途径。在实施“基于行动的幼儿园园本教研”时,“纪录”是十分有效的工具。幼儿教师应学做有研究价值的纪录,提高教学研究的水平。
