实验性骨折愈合过程中垂体─甲状腺轴变化的免疫细胞化学研究 被引量:6

Immunocytochemical Study of Variences of Hypophysis-Thyroid Tract During Experimental Fracture Healing

摘要 为研究骨折愈合过程中垂体—甲状腺轴结构和功能的变化,本文选用健康成年家兔38只,无菌条件下在双侧桡骨中下1/3制成3mm缺损的骨折模型,术后7、14、21、28、35天取材,运用组织学和免疫细胞化学染色法(ABC法),检测不同时期垂体、甲状腺的形态结内变化,结果显示:与正常对照组相比,骨折后—周家兔垂体促甲状腺激素细胞(TSH)数略有升高,术后二周则大幅下降,而后至术后5周逐渐恢复。甲状腺滤泡直径骨折后明显增大,随术后时间延长而渐趋恢复,滤泡上皮质细胞高度和细胞核大小均呈近似变化,说明骨折后垂体—甲状腺轴受到抑制,功能低下,随骨折愈合过程而逐渐恢复正常。 In order to test the structural and functional variences of hypophysis-thyroid ract during fracture healing,38 rabbits had been standard fractured between mid and low 1/3 of radius doubly were used.Animals were executed at 7,14,21,28,35 days after operating.The morphological changes of hypophysis and thyroid were checked up with histological and immunocytochemical metnods (ABC methods).The result displayed that compare with the controlls the counts of thyroid stimulating hromonr(TSH)cells incerese somewhat 1 week after fracture, but descending heavy 2 weeks after operation,then recovering gradully till 5 weeks later, The diameter of thyroid follicel largely after fracture, also recovering along times prolonged, similar variences were happened about the high of follicle epithelial cells and the diameter of cell nucleus.The result also showed the function of bypophysis-thyroid tract were restrained, but recovering gradully after operation.
