摘要
分析幼儿园校本课程开发中影响幼儿教师专业发展的因素,对推动幼儿园课程改革的发展来说十分重要。本文对重庆市沙坪坝区三所幼儿园进行了个案调查,从幼儿园校本课程的特征、人员因素以及教师文化等三个层面出发,分析了影响幼儿教师专业发展的因素。
Considering the factors that influence teachers' professional development is very important to the development of kindergarten-based curriculum. Taking three kindergartens in Shapingba district of Chongqing for case study,this article analyzes the factors from three different aspects:the kindergarten-based curriculumthe kindergarten's staff and culture atmosphere.
