A geological exploration organization in the course of enter pr isation should establish a system to assess operating achievements which must se t up a multiple encouraging system with taking results as center and taking mark et as guidance in order to arouse operators' latent energy, thus, bring about a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable advance in geological exploration eco nomy.
