黄芪、丹参对体外培养雪旺氏细胞影响的实验研究

The experimental syudy of Astragalus and Salvia miltiorrhiza effect on growth of Schwann’s cell in vitro

以中药黄芪、丹参注射液加入体外分散培养乳鼠之ＳＣ培养液中，观察二种药物的三个浓度对细胞生长的影响。结果：黄芪（５０ｍｇ／ｍｌ、２００ｍｇ／ｍｌ、５００ｍｇ／ｍｌ三种浓度）对体外培养ＳＣ未见明显的毒性作用；其中中等浓度对ＳＣ有轻度的促增殖作用；丹参在低于３ｍｇ／ｍｌ时，ＳＣ生长良好，高于６ｍｇ／ｍｌ时，细胞变圆、生长不良。提示：较高浓度的丹参注射液对培养的ＳＣ具有一定的毒性作用；而中等浓度（２００ｍｇ／ｍｌ）的黄芪注射液对培养的ＳＣ具轻度的促增殖作用。

Schwann′s,cells(sc)were harvested in vitro by cultured of SD rat′s sciatic nerve.Putting injections of Astragalus and salvia miltiorrhiza into cultured SC.We observed that three concentrative gradientes of each injection effect on growth of SC The result showed that Astragalus has not toxic action to the SC in three concentrative gradientes(50mg/mo),200mg/ml、500mg/ml),and it has mild promotive proliferative function to the SC in the middle.Salvia miltiorrhiza has not toxic action in low concentrative gradiernt(3mg′ml),and the SC is growing retardation in middle and high(6mg/ml、9mg/ml),This suggested that injection of salvia miltiorrhiza of major concentrative gradient has fixed toxic action to the SC and Astragalus contains some growth stimulating substances.
