摘要
文章通过多方案模拟计算,优化出8V165机的MPC增压方案,并进行了零部件加工和整机试验,结果表明,在所有的运行工况下,柴油机的功率大幅度提高,耗油率和排温也有较大的下降,机械负荷变化不大。通过计算证明增压器的效率有较大幅度的提高。
The consumption of fuel and exhaust temperature of the engine 8V165 are both high at rated work condition. The performance of the engine would be improved when the pulse turbocharge is replaced by the modular pulse convertor, which would improve the efficency of turbocharger.
