摘要
介绍了曲轴式少齿差减速器的运动特点,应用有限元方法对箱体进行静态分析和模态分析。根据分析结果对箱体结构进行合理优化,改进后箱体的有限元分析结果表明,其结构设计方案优于原设计方案。
The kinematical characteristics of crank typed reducer with small tooth differences were introduced, and by the use of finite element analysis the static state analysis and the modality analysis were carried out on the case. The reasonable optimization was carried out on the case structure in accordance with the result of analysis. The result of finite element analysis for the case after modification shows that its scheme of structure design is better than the original designing scheme.
