女性不孕症患者中医辨证分型与宫腔镜诊断的关系

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TCM SYNDROME DIFFERENTIATION AND DIAGNOSIS WITH HYSTEROSCOPE IN FEMALE PATIENTS WITH INFERTILITY

目的探讨女性不孕患者中医辨证分型与宫腔镜诊断之间的关系。方法80例女性不孕症患者分成肾阴虚、肾阳虚、肝郁型、痰湿型及血瘀型并进行宫腔镜观察。结果发现各型患者宫腔形态虽呈多种改变,但同一型病例中存在着某一特征为主的形态改变。结论宫腔形态变化与不孕症的中医辨证分型间存在着一定的关系。

Objective To investigate the relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation and diagnosis with hysteroscope in female patiants with infertlity. Methods Hysteroscopy was performed with 80 female patients with infertility of different types, i.e. deficiency of kidney yin, deficiency of kidney yang, liver depression, phlegm-damp type and blood stasis type. Results It was discovered that although the uterine cavity varied in form of different types of patients, patients with the same type of the disease had morphological changes with a certain distinctive feature. Conclusion There exists relationship between the morphological changes of the uterine cavity and the TCM syndrome differentiation.
