医学科研管理工作过程实际上体现了一种公共关系,运用医学科研管理中的公共关系技巧,医学科研管理者对外如何做到主动联系,对内如何实施正确有效的管理,在对外和对内之间怎样做到准确无误地传递医学科研信息,相互沟通、相互了解,以达到一种和谐的关系状态,展示公共关系在科研管理中其独特的魅力。
Public relationship was shown in the working process of the medical scientific research management, applying the skills of public relationship to the medical scientific research, so that the management of the medical scientific research communicate with external and take the effective management internally, and pass the medical scientific research information correctly between the external and internal, communicate each other, understand each other and finally reach one status of harmoniousness and show its particular characteristic during the management of the medical scientific research.
