风寒犯肺、痰热壅肺型肺胀患者右心时相的研究

Study on Right Ventricular Time Intervals in "Lung Distension" Caused by the Wold-Cold Affecting the Lung and the Phlegm-Heat Clocdne the Lune

本文报道应用心电、心音同步的三尖瓣超声心动图对68例健康成人(简称GA)、49例风寒犯肺型肺胀(简称GB)和20例痰热壅肺型肺胀(简称GC)患者的右心时相进行了对比研究.结果显示,GA、GB和GC组间REML、RI RT和心音图三尖瓣曲线C-D段呈递增性延长,RDTI呈递减性缩短,RSTI/RDTI和RIRT/RDTI-IRT比值呈递增性增长.提示风寒犯肺型和痰热壅肺型肺胀患者的右室收缩和舒张功能均受损,且后者较前者受损更重.

The right ventricular time intervals were measured, in 68 health adults (designated en masse as GA)and 69 'lung distension' patients,of which 49 had the wind-cold affecting the lung syndrome (GB) and 20 had phlegm-heat clogging the lung syndrome(GC) ,by tricuspid valve echocardiograph synchronized with electrocardiogram and phonocardiogram. Comparisons among the three groups GA、 GB and GC showed REML,RI RT and C-D segment presented progressive lengthening, while RDTI was progressive shortening. And, the ratios of RSTI/RDTI and RIRT/RDTI-IRT were increased progressively. All these evidenced that both systolic and diastolic functions of the right ventricle were compromised in the lung distension syndrome regardless of its being initiated by wind-cold affecting the lung or phlegm-heat clogging the lung, though the interference was severer in the latter.
