本文叙述使用紫外吸收光谱(UV)和色谱技术测定无土栽菜中的无机微量元素及草酸含量.经过成分的比较,进一步说明在现有的环境下,无土栽培具有广阔的发展前景.

In this paper analysis the nourishment and inorganic trace element by UV and ion exchange chromatography,and then quantitatively analysis the nourishment of the soil planting lettuce and no-soil planting lettuce,comparing the nourish content verifies that there is a good developing prospect for no-soil planting,under the present condition.
