摘要
利用实测烟叶的反射率、透过率和吸收率光谱曲线,分析和解释了烟叶的典型光谱特征,研究了可见至短波红外波段的烟叶光谱反射率、透过率、吸收率与烟叶的烟碱、钾、氮素含量的统计相关特性,分析了烟叶生化组分的敏感波段,并利用NRI和PPR光谱指数建立了烟叶氮素、烟碱、钾离子含量的光谱预测模型。
The typical spectral characteristics of tobacco leaves were analyzed and explained through their reflectance, transmittance and absorption spectra. The statistical correlation between the spectral characteristics in visible short infrared wave range and nicotine, total nitrogen and K+ contents in tobacco leaves were studied. It was found that the said wave range was sensitive to nicotine, nitrogen, reducing sugar and K in tobacco leaves. The statistical prediction models for nicotine, nitrogen and K+ contents in tobacco were developed with spectral nitrogen ratio index and plant pigment ratio.
