摘要
采用兔四血管夹闭法缺血30分钟再灌注45分钟后,血浆和脑组织MDA和Ca含量均升高(p<0.05),脑组织GSH-Px活性降低(p<0.01).在缺血再灌注前静注益气活血方(4.4g/kg)后,可显著抑制再灌注损伤后脑组织MDA含量的升高(p<0.05),并提高脑组织GSH-Px活性(p<0.01),但对再灌注后血浆MDA及脑组织钙含量无明显影响(p>0.05).提示该方作用机理与抑制再灌注后脑组织局部脂质过氧化反应,提高抗氧化酶活性有关.
Ribbit cerebral ischemic-postischemic reperfusion injury model was made by four vessel occlusion. Malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in plasma and brain tissue and calcium (Ca) contents in brain tissue markedly raised (p<0. 05) and brain tissue glutathione peroxidase(GHS-Px) activities significantly lowed (p<0. 01) in 30 minutes ischemia and 45 minutes reperfusion. The increase of MDA contents in brain tissue was markedly inhibited and GSH-Px activities of brain tissue were raised but MDA in plasma and Ca content in brain tissue had no changes after YiQiHuoXue Fang was injected into the rabbit veins before ischemic-postischemic reperfusion. It suggested that the mechanism of the drug is bearing to inhibiting local lipid preoxide reaction and elevating anti-oxidase activities.
