发展模式是人为了实现发展目标而选择和实行的方式、力法与道路的统一体,它是由主体、客体、目标等要素组成的完整系统,对于经济、社会和人的发展均具有重大决定性影响。发展模式是人按照一定的发展观念建构的,不同的发展观念会产生不同的发展模式及其发展效果。要贯彻落实科学发展观必须对现有发展模式进行系统创新。

The development pattern is the unity of means,methods and paths which are chosen to realize development goals,is the integrated system with subject, object and goals as its components, is of vital importance to the development of economy,society and human beings. The development pattern is set up according to certain development views, and different views lead to different development pattern and effects. So innovation must be made in the existing development pattern in order to implement scientific development views.
