影响泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹疗效的因素分析

Determinants of efficacy of famciclovir in treatment of patients with herpes zoster

目的:分析影响泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹疗效的因素。方法:泛昔洛韦片250mg,每天3次、用药7d治疗带状疱疹;logistic回归分析影响因素。结果:年龄、丘疱疹水疱数目、新水疱停止出现时间、疼痛消失时间、开始脱痂时间、全部脱痂时间、有可疑诱因和治疗前总积分与痊愈率、有效率呈负相关,是影响痊愈率、有效率的重要因素;而性别、病灶部位、糜烂数目或面积、红斑、疼痛程度,对疗效无明显影响。结论:年龄、丘疱疹水疱数目、新水疱停止出现时间、疼痛消失时间、开始脱痂时间、全部脱痂时间、有可疑诱因和治疗前总积分与痊愈率、有效率呈负相关,是影响泛昔洛韦疗效的重要因素。

AIM: To investigate the determinants of the efficacy of famciclovir in treatment of patients with herpes zoster. METHODS: The patients were administered famciclovir 250 mg, three times a day for 7 days. Logistic regression was used for investigate the factors. RESULTS: The correlations of cure rate and effective rate with some factors were negative. Those factors included age, number of lesions (papules/vesicles), time to stop new vesicles, time to loss of acute phase pain, time to appear crusting, time to full crusting ,inducer, total score before treatment. But some factors such as gender, location of lesions, ulcers, erythema, score of pain were not effect on the efficacy. CONCLUSION: Some factors such as age, number of lesions (papules/vesicles), time to stop new vesicles, time to loss of acute phase pain, time to appear crusting, time to full crusting, inducer, total score before treatment show important influences on the efficacy of famciclovir in treatment of patients with herpes zoster.
