摘要
本文提出了中外合作办学收费的原则。比较分析了几种收费模式,以成本补偿理论为依据提出了“预算+核定+依据评估进行调整”的模式,并根据中外合作办学机构(或项目)的特点,提出了生均成本核算的方案。
This article puts forward the charging principles in Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools.With a comparison of different waysof charging, the paper proposes a model of 'budget, check and adjustmenton evaluation', which has a theoretical background of cost compensation. A plan of average cost accountingper student is made in accordance to the features of Chinese-foreign cooperative schools.
