摘要 中外合作办学提供的教育产品的性质仍然是准公共用品。在讨论教育产品与教育产业化的关系后,指出中外合作办学既具有公益事业性,又具有产业性。分析了中外合作办学教育市场的结构,教育市场是由学生和办学机构(或项目)构成的前向市场,学费可以视为该市场上的交换价格。 This article first specifies that education products from Chinese-foreign cooperative schools are stillquasi-public products. After discussing the relationship between education products and education industriali-zation, the paper points out that the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has the property of publicgood as well as the property of industrialization. Then, this article analyzes the market structure of Chinese-foreign cooperative schools. The market we refer to is a forward market with students and school running or-ganizations as its components; the tuition can be viewed in terms of exchange price in the market. Finally thepaper points out that there are signs of monopoly in the market on the basis of market analysis.
