对2003年以来我国宏观调控问题的思考

A View on China's Present Macro-Regulation in the New Turn

从2003年下半年开始,中国经济进入新一轮发展周期。在国民经济保持较快增长的同时,经济中出现了基于制度性、结构性的一些矛盾和问题。本文从需求拉动、政府主导和结构性效果放大等角度分析了形成原因,对宏观调控手段和有效性问题进行了反思,以期通过政策性建议提高经济运行及其调控的质量。

Since the later 2003, the economy in China has entered a new turn of development,. With a rapidgrowth of the national economy, somecontradictions and problems arose in terms of social system and structure.This article analyzesthe causesof the problems from the perspectives of demand pushing, government-guiding,and structural effect enlargement. It reflects on the measuresof macro-regulation and their effectiveness. Finallythe paper proposes that the quality of economic operation and the effectiveness of regulation can be improvedby suggestive policies.
