铸造支架义齿固位体类型与基牙的设计研究

Designing Research on Solid Support of Artificial Teeth and Base Teeth

目的:探讨铸造支架可摘局部义齿固位体类型与基牙健康的最佳设计方案。方法:选择2001年9月—2003年1月的100例患者100件义齿,根据余留牙的牙周、牙龈情况、松动度、牙槽骨吸收等情况来确定基牙,根据基牙的健康情况来选择固位体。结果:应用基牙菌斑指数、牙周牙龈情况、松动度、牙槽骨吸收情况来确定基牙,然后选择固位体。结论:根据基牙的健康状况来选择固位体是一种铸造义齿修复设计的理想方法。

Objective: To explore the best design for the types of disassembling support of artificial teeth and the health of base teeth. Methods: To study 100 of artificial teeth in 100 cases during September, 2001 to January, 2003. Results: According to the gum-periodontal circumstances, flexibility, and the absorption of alveolar bone to select the base teeth. Conclusion: It is a better way of selecting fixed support for artificial teeth based on the health state of base teeth.
