摘要
通过对传媒角色与法治进程的分析,可以看到传媒与法治是一荣俱荣、一损俱损的互动体。传媒与法治从不同方面--人权的保障和权力的规制来实现宪法昭示的基本原则即宪政的基本要求,从而为构建平等、自由的和谐社会创造条件。
Through the analysis of the media role and the course of law the present paper holds that media and law interact with each other. From different perspectives media and law create conditions for setting up fair free and harmonious society.
