摘要
根据国内外研究成果和公开发表的有关权威数据,对湖北恩施州现有森林的直接经济效益、生态效益、社会效益在定性研究的基础上,进行了量化分析和价值评估初步测算,恩施州现有森林的直接经济效益(木材效益)与公益效益比为1.00∶6.26。为建立林业产业完整投入—产出核算体系和补偿机制提供科学依据。
According to researched achievements both in national and international and relevant authority data from openly publish in this review, carry out quantitative analysis and initial calculation of value evaluation based on the study of directive economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit in existing forest of Enshi prefecture in Hubei. The directive economic benefit (timber benefit) and public benefit proportion is 1.00∶6.26 in existing forest of Enshi prefecture which puts forward scientific basis for establishing complete input of forest industry system of output calculation as well as compensation mechanism.
