阿魏酸钠治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

The effects of Sodium Ferulate on diabetic nephropathy

目的观察阿魏酸钠(益米乐)对早期糖尿病肾病的影响。方法将60例伴有轻微蛋白尿的2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为常规治疗组(A组)和益米乐治疗组(B组),进行疗效观察。结果与治疗前相比,治疗组尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)及尿内皮素(ET)均显著降低(P<0.01),并且脂质代谢紊乱也有改善;而对照组UAER与尿ET治疗前后比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论益米乐具有降低DN患者尿微量白尿白的排泄和改善脂代谢的作用,其机制可能与拮抗ET与其受体结合有关。

Objective To investigate the effects of Sodium Ferulate(YiMiLe) on diabetic nephropathy. Methods 60 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy with microalbuminuria were randomly divided into two group:routine treatment group and YiMiLe group. Results Results showed that the elevated urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) and urinary endothelin (ET) were markedly decreased and the disorder of lipid metabolism was significantly improved in YiMiLe group. These parameters except triglyceride (TG) had no significant change throughout the study in routine treatment group. Conclusion This study suggested that YiMiLe could improve diabetic nephropathy by antagonisting the combination of ET and its receptors and might have some protective effects as well. YiMiLe had good effects on lipid metabolism.
