白细胞相关免疫球蛋白样受体研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 白细胞相关免疫球蛋白样受体(leukocyteassociatedimmunoglobulinlikereceptor,LAIR)是表达于多种免疫细胞上的重要受体,它的主要功能是抑制效应细胞对靶细胞的杀伤,并在造血细胞的分化、增殖中具有重要的调节作用。人可溶型LAIR-1(solublehumanLAIR-1,shLAIR-1)还与某些疾病的病情、病程有一定的联系。文章拟对该分子的研究进展作一综述。
