本文概括介绍了香港建筑行业的管理体系、政府对建筑企业的监管与考核以及工程施工过程中几项管理措施,为从事国际建筑市场的同行提供借鉴与参考。
This paper briefly introduces the management system of construction field in HongKong, government's supervision and examination to the construction enterprise and several management measures in the process of construction, for the reference of the counterparts who engage in the international construction market.
