ANALYSIS OF CONSTRUCTION COST CONTROL DURING ENTIRE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTION

工程造价的控制贯穿于项目周期全过程,与基本建设的每一个阶段都紧密相连。本文从建设项目全过程的角度分析了投资决策、设计、招投标、施工以及竣工各阶段造价控制的方法以及应注意的问题,并通过实际案例来说明科学的造价管理工作对降低建筑项目工程造价的重要作用。

Construction cost should be kept under control during entire process of construction and has closed relation with every phase of construction. This paper analyses the control method for construction cost in every phase of construction,such as investment decision,design,tending and bidding for project,construction and acceptance from point of entire process' view of construction, puts forward the issues that should paid attention to during construction, shows the importance of scientific management of construction cost to lower construction cost by giving a practical example.
