生物可降解交联剂对PVP膜性能的影响

The Effect of Biodegradable Crosslinking Agent on the Capabilities of PVP Membrane

摘要 本研究在制备了一系列可降解的三乙烯基交联剂的基础上,利用偶氮二异丁氰(AlBN)引发该交联剂与N- 乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)交联。重点研究了交联剂含量及分子量对材料的吸水率、接触角利降解性能的影响。结果表明交联膜材料的接触角随着交联剂含量的增加而逐渐增加,而吸水率和材料的降解速率却逐渐减小;随交联剂分子量的增加,材料的吸水率是逐渐增加但对接触角的影响不大,材料的降解速率随交联剂分子量的增加而增大。 A series of tri-acrylate biodegradable crosslinking agents were synthesized. Novel Crosslinked PVP membrane materials were prepared by radical polymerization of the biodegradable crosslinking agents and NVP using azoisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. The effects of the content and molecular weight of the crosslinking agent on water absorption and contact angle of the membrane materials were investigated. In the degradation process, mass-loss rate of the materials was measured, too. The results showed that, water absorption would decrease and the contact angle and the degradation rate of the materials would increase along with the increase of the amounts of crosslinking agents. The water absorption and the degradation rate would increase at the same time of increasing the molecule weights of crosslinking agents the contact angle would have no change in evidence.
