经皮电刺激治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:采用经皮无创的双向电流脉冲刺激舌下颏舌肌,研究这种方法作为治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的可能性和适用性。方法:采用PSG同步监测,根据患者不同的情况,分析给出最佳的电刺激参数,当发生睡眠呼吸暂停时及时给予适当的电刺激信号,以颏舌肌为主的上气道扩张肌使舌体向前运动,扩大舌咽气道,从而降低上气道阻力,改善夜间低氧血症,使睡眠结构得以改善,达到治疗目的。结果:对2 2名阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者给予经皮无创电刺激舌下神经分支,经治疗后显效17名,好转2名,无效3名,有效率77 .2 7%。结论:这是一种非手术的、有临床价值的、低费用的治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的方法。 Objective: Appling bi-directional current pulses noninvasive transcutaneous stimulation of the genioglossus to treat OSAS. Method: Under PSG synchronous monitoring, figure out the most suitable parameters of electrical stimulation according to the conditions of different patients. Suitable electrical stimulation signals were timely when sleep apnea occurred, to expand the glossopharynx airway and reduce resistance of upper airway. Hypoxemia at night was reduced and structure of sleep was improved to reach the aim of treatment. Result: 17 out of 22 patients with OSAS who accepted transcutaneous electrical stimulation had prominent effects; 2 out of 22 had progress; 3 out of 22 were invalid, effective ratio is 77.27%. Conclusion: This is a kind of non-operation, clinic valuable method to treat the patients suffering from OSAS with low treating cost.
